Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cup chana daal


  • 1.5 cup palak


  • 1tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp Haldi powder


  • 1 tsp Garam msala


  • 1 tsp Lemon juice


  • 2 tomato paste


  • 1tsp Ginger,garlic,green chilli


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • 1.Take cooker,for boil daal and palak.add half of water in it.add all spices in it.and whistle it 5-6
  • Then flame off.
  • Add jeera,chopped green chilli,ginger,garlic
  • Then add tomato paste,and mix well.saute for 5-6 min.then add salt.lemon juice,garam msala
  • Then boiled daal palak add tadka in it.and mix well.boil 1-2 min.
